Existing collections can be added manually, or liaise with your Art Metadata account manager for details on third party data uploads and onboarding, for which an administrative fee may apply.
Art Metadata offers two account types: Collector and Collector Premium.
Collector accounts provide access to Art Metadata's collection management system, allowing users to keep track of their fine art and valuables through a secure, user-friendly online portal.
Collector Premium accounts provide access to the collection management system plus Art Metadata's robust art market price database. Users can undertake unlimited searches across a database of over 320,000 artists as well as receive alerts about upcoming and completed auction sales for artists they follow.
Collector: 450 USD per year
Collector Premium: 950 USD per year
Whilst Art Metadata is primarily built for fine art collections, it can also be used to record items of decorative art, antiques, jewelry, books, memorabilia, wine, cars and other general items. However, only fine art will link with the price database.
Art Metadata’s price database pulls from 28 global auction houses: Artcurial, Beaussant, Bonhams, BruunRasmussen, Bukowskis, ChinaGuardian, Christie's, Dorotheum, Doyle, Dreweatts, Farsettiarte, Forum Auctions, Grisebach, Heffel, Hindman, Ketterer, Koller, Kornfeld, Lempertz, Mainichi, Phillips, PolyAuction, Rago, SBI Art, Seoul Auction, Sotheby's, Swann and Tajan.
Art Metadata is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), benefiting from their best-in-industry security and 24/7 security monitoring. Read more in our Security Overview, attached below.
